VINIFICATION & AGING : Carefully sorted bunches fermented using natural wild yeasts at cool temperatures. The wine si aged in 1 year old Franch oak barrels (50%) and new Ovevri (50%) for 12 months.
Tasting Notes
Sour plum, raspberry and touch of cedar, the Jiayuan Pinot Noir displays amazing elegance that is specific to great quality Pinot Noir. The wine is savory and long-finish.
